How to Take The Most Out of Your Cleaning Service
1- Have a parking spot available if necessary. Since parking in San Diego can be difficult, if free street parking is not available, customers must provide a parking spot.
2- Please leave the areas to be cleaned free of clutter by removing any objects that might obstruct the cleaning process. This allows us to focus the time on cleaning instead of organizing.
3- If you’d like the cleaning lady to change your bedsheets please leave clean bed sheets on the bed.
4- Light dishes (2 or 3) are completely fine, but more than that will most likely incur in additional time (+$45.00 per hour). Please note that the time used to wash the dishes and look at the cabinets to find their places could be used on the actual cleaning.
5- The cleaning ladies will bring all necessary cleaning supplies. We also offer eco-friendly products for an additional fee. If you’d prefer the cleaning lady to use your cleaning supplies or any specific product, that’s completely fine. Please let us know at the time of booking to avoid any miscommunication.
6- Please do not hesitate to give the cleaning ladies any instructions or contact us anytime during the service with any questions or concerns. We want you to be 100% happy!
7- If the customer is not home, the door will be locked unless instructed otherwise. Please use the “Special Instructions” box in our booking form to provide any important information that we should know.
8- It's your responsibility to ensure your pets' wellbeing. Some pets can get anxious during the cleaning, we ask you to put them in a secure place to ensure both, the cleaning ladies and your pets safety.
9- For liability reasons, we do not lift any appliances or furniture heavier than 25 pounds. If you’d like you can move furniture around and the cleaning lady will happily clean the area.
10- Our price estimates are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and sqft of each property. Please take into consideration that every home is different and some could take longer than others depending on several factors such as when was the last time they were cleaned, if they’re free of clutter, if there are pets, among others.
If you anticipate your property needs more time we appreciate you letting us know at the time of booking so we can add more time to the cleaning and plan accordingly. Every additional hour is $45.00 per cleaning lady. If you don’t communicate with us prior to the service, we may not be able to add additional time the same day if we have other customers already scheduled.
11- We allow a maximum time for each property depending on the size, add-ons, and the number of cleaning ladies. If you’d like to know the maximum time for your cleaning please ask us.
12- Do a quick check before the cleaning lady leaves if possible to ensure everything is Bright N Fresh :)
